As most of us expected, he is staying. CPJ is a man of integrity and it shows in his players and coaches, the way they work so hard for the man. That is why recruits and, just as important, their mothers and fathers will be attracted to GT's football program. The SA's that come to GT will get a great education and get coached to win championships!

I am pulling my name from consideration of the Auburn HC job. Apparently, not coaching at all is a step up from coaching at Auburn.

X, I've always thought of you more as a Yale or Harvard guy anyway.
 
It means "how dare he turn down an opportunity to work at Auburn to remain at Georgia Tech".

Those folks think a bit much of their program and I hate to tell them that GT's program, with the exception of the number of fans in the seats, beats theirs all day long and twice on Sunday.

We need to treat Paul for what he is, the best DAMN coach in college football. PAY THE MAN !!!!
 
I don't know why people were getting so agitated. PJ has been saying since he got here that he wasn't going anywhere. He even said on the radio last week that he wasn't going to Auburn...did ya'll not trust him?

Well, for agreeing to be considered for the Auburn job and then voluntarily withdrawing, the Auburn AA has agreed to pay me $320,000.

Agree, all of the other Lowders may have some influence and think they're pulling the strings where the real Lowder has most of the influence and is pulling the strings. All the other Lowders are just imitatin'
