In this case, what? Marketing us to Belk? Giving the Belk selection team hand shandys? Not sure how this is on him, so maybe I don’t understand what our AD is supposed to be doing for our athletic department. I do blame him for the fact that none of our athletic programs are relevant nationally in their respective sports.

I mean, the guy did get one thing right today. If playing in Detroit means UGA isn’t in the CFP, I’ll take that trade everyday.

Yes. The AD pitches to the bowl selection committees why we’ll bring more money to Charlotte than UVA. That’s purely how they select: (1) which team brings more money to the city, then (2) which team gives them the best game. It should have been an easy sell for both.

Lord knows we wouldn't want to get hurt in bowl selections......like what just ööööing happened when we finished second in the division and 4th in the ACC and got the 10th bowl
