Does anyone have the images saved?? I know it's silly, but I've always been sort of a "jersey connoisseur" and I'm nearly losing sleep over the prospect of blue jerseys. I've always considered the gold helmets and gold jerseys/blue numbers the best uniforms in college football.

It's the absence.....for the record.

Gold is old.
Blue is new.
 
To me it is not so much the colors (although I wish Blue was just a trim), as it is design.

Miami has the freak stripe unis and they still wear a traditional hat. It does not work together.

It looks like people want to keep the tradition with the hat, and have the stupid stripes on the shirt.

AND, nobody has mentioned the pants. If we keep the same trim as we have had, it will look like total crap with those shirts.

But if we can beat ugag ...........

What about allowing the kids to wear what they want? Why does it matter? People should wear Gold/Yellow/Mustard/ in the stands and the team should wear whatever they like.
 
Just wanted to reiterate that the gold on the white and blue jerseys won't be the final color; those are just prototypes. The design will remain the same, but the gold color will match the throwback gold.

so don't worry about the golds not being the same.
 
Dude, my wife is about to give birth to our first child. I deal with enough hell than having to hear some lame joke from beej67 about who the father of my child is.

That said, my favorite posters on this board are chilidogking, mm42, beej67, and knox So you guys can't offend me. And while I'm kissing ass, Refrigeratormover is my favorite "celebrity" poster.

Ok, so now that I've puckered up, let me get back to standard protocal.

I've seen the pictures you've posted. I sure hope your wife is REALLY pretty.

I've seen beej67 (and his wife). If he were gay, he'd dress better.
