What easy win did they go out and get? They only played 11 regular season games.
Maybe you should know what the öööö you are talking about before you post stupidity on a message board.

Rumor has it Collins stole Alabama's blueprint. They ded if they play GTUCF should get a shot, so that an Alabama team that cares can pound 100 points down their throats and we can settle this argument forever. Some team will be like wah wah we deserve it and the refrain will be "remember UCF, Dodd rest their souls".
It does not matter because they are the National Champions and would have hung 60 on us.....60-14.It doesn’t matter if they would have won or us. They didn’t want to play and we did. It should have been a forfeit.
AlcoholicRooting against the SEC all day with a massive hangover. These holidays are killing me
Yes we did, but that fact doesn't undermine his point. The only 2 loss national champ was LSU in 2007 – and every other P5 team had 2 or more losses, except Kansas, which had 1 loss (to #3 Missouri). LSU's two losses that year were triple OT losses to Kentucky and to Arkansas. If Kansas had beat Missouri, I think people would have set aside the 'eye test' to give them the nod – a two-game differential is more than people could overlook. But it has happened several times that 1-loss teams with strong records have polled higher than 0-loss teams with weaker resumes. This was just a continuation of the same principle. We already had a 2 loss champion.

You failed to persuade me.Except it does.
Every team has 12 weeks to prove their case. UCF hasn't played anyone in 2 years.
Washington was 10-3. They had the ability to win the championship like everyone else but they lost 3 games
honestly the 2 team system worked fine. people only bitch about it because of 2007 (2 loss champion) . Go back and look at the 2007 year-- that's the year the #2 team in the country lost something like 5 weeks in a row. LSU just as good as any of the other 2-loss teams, and they beat a 1-loss OSU team in the BCS game.Going to 8 teams will make situation worse, it is okay as is,committee is doing a good job
Newsflash - UCF cancelled two games against P5 opponents the past two years and made no effort to make them up. Their SOS is on themThe strength of schedule argument is a non-sequitur because the P5 teams control the strength of schedule of the G5 teams. You are basically saying top G5 teams cannot be in the playoffs because top P5 teams refuse the schedule them. And why would a Bama or Clemson ever schedule a UCF when they get the same credit for scheduling GSU. The G5 football teams are the only teams in the NCAA that have no path to a championship.
honestly the 2 team system worked fine. people only bitch about it because of 2007, when they got a SEC vs SEC game...but that only happened because
