Sources say CPJ could step aside after this season?

He gonna be around for a long time then
Could be, but I think that's his personality. Dude hates that somehow, despite all his success, he's still got doubters. I would, too.

Key word there is "likelier". All that means is that if things got bad enough that GT was considering firing him, he'd already have resigned. I feel like that's been common knowledge for years now, so that quote is a bunch of nothing that people are blowing out of proportion.

Agree!

Who knows? Perhaps he'll try that this year.

Dis-Respect "If he wants to disprove his doubters, maybe he should try not going 3-9."

I can see an 8 game + this season for GT. I know that rips at you, but so it is in your pessimistic world.

You need to learn your posters, better, newbie. I'm on your side.

Yeah, as long as he has administration support, he's gonna coach until he wins something so big that folks can't question the 'system' anymore.

Wreck'm -Yeah not buying it. CPJ will be here drawing up the triple option for the next 5 or more years.

I think PJ will have some great years ahead & you & PJ won't have to wait more than one year.

Thanks 18in32
I've got a grasp on who is for PJ & who is totally against him. I can see some posters with concerns and rightfully so, but some are just plain anti option.

Since you don't attend games or contribute to the program financially, what does it matter? I know that you and @TampaBayJacket @RamblinWreck92 @Yukonwreck enjoy being miserable, but cherry picking one year where everything went wrong with a large # of injuries and sandwiched between a great season in '14 and a very good one in '16 is just you being an ass.

If what you say is a fact then I cant see why they are such whinners.

If we don't go bowling, I would say his seat is warming up. If it happens again the following season, he would definitely be in the hot seat then.
