Spring transfer portal watch

It would sell to actually play a real game. UGA v Houston. GT v USC. Would really sell on tv and on site and that is all that Bama, and ESPN cares about… more money.

If he ends up leaving I hope his football career crashes and burns. He is simply using GT and doesn’t give a crap about the program. J Gibbs was different, he had a clown for a coach …. that’s on GT. That is not the case anymore. College football really stinks right now.

Well, sure, given the significance of the passage of time.
But in the short term, who will replace them and when? That is the question. Who will suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune along the defensive line this fall?
Perhaps the transfer portal will bring a suitable answer. Then again, it is just as likely that it will not.

Or grades, or girlfriend, or better uniforms, or great fishing hole near campus, or sick of actually having to study, etc. We cannot make an educated guess until we see who he signs with. If it is Mississippi, then NIL. If it is Georgia Southern, probably girl friend.

During a lifetime of studying D, I've found I'm often still surprised by what comes out during my research. I don't anticipate my steady and everlasting love and appreciation for a really stiff D ever going down.

GT's defense is now down a big body, but maybe what the portal taketh it'll giveth back and then someth, who knows, two birds with one rock.

Studying the D that much sounds a little...suspect... I prefer studying the V, but to each their own.
