Any payment to players was a huge mistake from the beginning.Good spring game = portal $$$
College football has gone to hell
Some opposing coach saw your performance and his bagmen reached out to offer some NIL money for you to enter the portal and transfer. Why play in a spring game only to transfer out.... The portal taketh and giveth, and sucketh
Or possibly academicsNo way this is anything other than NIL.
This ain't 20 years agoOr possibly academics
No sh!tAny payment to players was a huge mistake from the beginning.
Still not money deep enough to keep the good guys that we already have...... Damnit manSome opposing coach saw your performance and his bagmen reached out to offer some NIL money for you to enter the portal and transfer.
Err…. I mean he must have changed his mind on his own.
On an unrelated note, how do you feel about Georgia Tech’s defense? My excitement for the D is sinking like a big rock.
Well, sure, given the significance of the passage of time.Every DT on the team will eventually be replaced. Every player on the team will eventually be replaced. It isn't a big deal.
Hamlet is on the defensive line?Well, sure, given the significance of the passage of time.
But in the short term, who will replace them and when? That is the question. Who will suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune along the defensive line this fall?
Perhaps the transfer portal will bring a suitable answer. Then again, it is just as likely that it will not.
Or grades, or girlfriend, or better uniforms, or great fishing hole near campus, or sick of actually having to study, etc. We cannot make an educated guess until we see who he signs with. If it is Mississippi, then NIL. If it is Georgia Southern, probably girl friend. No way this is anything other than NIL. Someone got to him prior to him entering, and that öööö is against the "rules". Too bad those rules don't mean öööö.
During a lifetime of studying D, I've found I'm often still surprised by what comes out during my research. I don't anticipate my steady and everlasting love and appreciation for a really stiff D ever going down.On an unrelated note, how do you feel about Georgia Tech’s defense?
Studying the D that much sounds a little...suspect... I prefer studying the V, but to each their own.During a lifetime of studying D, I've found I'm often still surprised by what comes out during my research. GT's defense is now down a big body, but maybe what the portal taketh it'll giveth back and then someth, who knows, two birds with one rock.
Alas, poor Yorick, he may have to suit up.Hamlet is on the defensive line?

Is this you Kamala?
Your mom's not suprised, she's studied every D out there.During a lifetime of studying D, I've found I'm often still surprised by what comes out during my research. I don't anticipate my steady and everlasting love and appreciation for a really stiff D ever going down.
