Taylor Bennett..

This has been one truly idiotic post. I can't believe it hasn't been nipped in the bud.

Started off innocently ignorant. Ended ridiculously and negatively ignorant.

I'm glad I could contribute to the post, as I am a self-proclaimed idiot. Please, let mine be the last post.

That master's degree served you well. You sure it didn't come from Savannah State?

If I am correct that Savannah State is a predominantly black college, you are now a bigot. If it's not, what do you mean?

The sad thing is that I was defending every other comment you made, without really getting into the debate.

You are correct however that's not what I was referring to. Definitely a bad choice of reference on my part as it will only be viewed as a reference to the "color" of the university. Anyone who has toured the campus of Savannah State or who has lived in Savannah knows of it's poor education quality in most of it's colleges. The skin color of the people attending the college have nothing to do with that as many of the professors are white (no I don't know the actual ratio). It may have been a better idea to use UGA as a reference.

I guess you told me. Good one Ron White - "Yeah? Well F*** you!" Wonderful debate. That master's degree served you well. You sure it didn't come from Savannah State?

Perhaps you should have shut up when you said you would. That makes you a lying racist idiot.

I have patiently explained it to you, but you seem unable to engage on the topic at all, you merely repeat your racial classification statements over and over: "typical black QB", "typical white QB" - you are so far gone you don't even understand what the discussion is about. One of the many questions you should be asking yourself is why it is so important to you to classify QBs and people by race. But from what I have seen so far there is little chance of that.

A suggestion for those that are thinking about replying to this thread... Don't.

Very well. We'll leave this "discussion" with me being a "lying, racist idiot." There's obviously no changing your mind or mine so there's no point in continuing. Discussion over.

I quoted the exact dictionary definition of racism earlier. It is somewhere in between the above.

I will say, however, that anyone whose first thought when describing what type of QB Taylor Bennett is consists of "He is a white QB." is obviously racist.

Respectfully disagree, you can't be somewhere in between. Either you take the view that any discussion of "racial" differences is inappropriate (which to me is a PC, chicken **** view of the world) or you realize that "racism" only exists when someone makes a negative connotation.

The fact that someone calls someone a "white QB" is not racism, its an adjective followed by a noun. If someone says "white QBs are all drop back passers cause they can't run well" then they are "stereotyping", that is they are grouping individuals based on averages or typicals.

If they say that "white QBs... can't run as well as them black QB's who are closer to true animals" then they are being racist.

Glad I could clear this up for you!
