Tech vs CO already getting attention

But he could be looking at adopting an elite, high-level middle schooler with juice.

Since we opened the big tent to the circus, CBS Sports did this:

I get Taggart and Pruitt being near the top. But a Purdue selection? They hadn't been relevant since they had Drew Brees at QB. Clown's hire is clearly a top five disaster hire.

Doncha wonder in a few years if Prime is on some list like this?

Purdue was pretty good under Brohm, excluding one season. Not great, but good. I think it is more a reflection of how good a coach Brohm is rather than how bad the following guy was.

Unrelated to this, but no sense in opening a new thread just to post this. Yesterday it was announced that Clemson and ND have signed a 12-year home-and-home agreement. Tech needs to do that with some major school who will consistently draw in fans. If the mods know another thread where this would be more appropriate, please move it there.

Notre Dame is obligated to play a certain number of games against ACC opponents, so they picked the one most likely to be a playoff contending team, imo

I thought those games were on a rotation. Does this one count as one of those? Or is it like those non-ACC game ACC match-ups.

That’s kinda lame. I’d rather have a fun rotating assortment of OOC games than get locked into 12 years against the same OOC opponent, especially NfD.

I just remembered something.

So I thought it was a bit random how Prime was so fixated on Shedeur being a top 5 pick in the NFL draft.

Then I remembered that Prime was the 5th pick in the first round back in 90 something. Then it all made sense.

You mean we need to have a standing game with a major team, like say, UGAg? We've been ahead of this for years. We always play a tough schedule, historically with UGAg and Clemson every year, with Miami, ND, FSU, etc., sprinkled in. It's about time teams like Clemson had to do this and start scheduling tougher opponents more often. It's not about drawing in fans. It's about TV viewership. That's where all the new money is coming from.
