USF changed their defense to finally stop the one play we ran over and over again.

We put in Taquon ad convert the first down and drive down to the 20, up 3 and Searcy fumbles.

If Searcy doesn't fumble, I think we punch it in and go up 10 and win.

Taquon was put in to throw because he is better. Let that sink in. How bad must Tobias be at throwing that we put in our 'passing' QB.

Pulling Tobias didn't cost us the game. Seracy's fumble, the injuries (i hate this excuse), and the defenses inability to stop anything down the stretch cost us.

The loss is on CPJ. He is the head coach. But it isn't on him for pulling Tobias.

Also: For about the 5th straight year we have on one who can rush the passer. They lock up on an OL and just stand there. No pressure. No containment on 3rd and long letting the QB run for 1st down after 1st down. THIS is also on CPJ. If you can't recruit better, we aren't going to outscheme anyone anymore. Everyone else runs multiple offenses that incorporate read options and RPO. We aren't unique. Our advantage is nullified. We are now playing checkers and everyone else is playing chess. Our schematic advantage is over. Dead. Done.
