Someone should be fired if this was in-house, and I’m not kidding. If it was a hack, then I’d expect the appropriate charges be filed just like that POS Athens DA brought up for the Tech student a few years ago.

It's most definitely a real instagram account, but a terrible photoshop. It's obviously something they did last year for the Falcons. Somebody needs to pay for this.
