Top 5 Coaches that need to go

Over reaction much?

If we simply have an OLine and a secondary in the middle third among FBS Teams, we win 9 games, not elite, just a middle third OLine and a middle third Secondary and we are 8-2 with a darn good shot to upset ND

If you LOOK at the damn Games and stop over reacting about everything, you'll see why we lose the Games.

And no we aren't comically bad at Game Mgmt, we've had blips, but we aren't comically bad, comically bad at Game Mgmt is trying to get the FG unit on the Field and the half runs out before the snap.

My curiosity is why so few people around here want to do a deep dive and analyze why our 2 worst Areas (OLine and Secondary) are so bad when we have the most seniority in those 2 Areas.

Comically bad, is at the end of Games and Halves throwing 4 jump ball passes and actually thinking we had a chance to score.

Comically bad is allowing a T-Fr track Guy from USF to house 2 kickoffs against us in 2018, that was a comically bad decision to keep kicking to him, didn't he have a 3rd Return for like 40 -50 yds, so we actually kept kicking it to him even more, but back then we never blamed "Game Mgmt" we blamed the Kicker for not kicking it thru the EZ.

It makes sense that you’re trying to deflect the convo to past coaches who have no bearing on this discussion. Because it would take that kind of mentality to not see what’s unfolding right in front of you.

It’s not play calling gripes, hindsight is 20/20 calls, or “maybe he knows something we don’t” decisions.

It’s lining up for a 60 yard FG as time expires with a kicker you don’t trust from 50.

It’s going to half with a TO in your pocket after burning 20 seconds with your offense staring at the sidelines waiting on a play to be called.

It’s running a god damn fake punt from the opponent’s god damn 30 yard line with their god damn defense on the god damn field.

Who coaches the offensive line and the QB’s? Outside Sims natural ability to run (which is completely independent of coaching) those two units are not good.

The OLine play significantly impacts QB Play, sack-strip-fumbles, tipped pass Ints, etc.

If a QB can be high 50s to low 60s completion pctg behind a weak OLine, then a better OLine gives that QB a chance to complete high 60s pctg of his passes and have fewer TOs.

In recent weeks in the NFL, 3 of the most talented QBs, Brady, Justin Herbert, and Mutt Stafford have been turnover machines when their OLines had bad Games and the opposing DLines heated their azzes up with pressure in the pocket.

Before I judge a QB too harshly, I would like to see that QB play behind an OLine that is a middle of the Road OLine, then I judge them.

Actually our QBs are pretty good IMO given our OLine, I have no doubt that Yates could Game Manage UGA to #1 just as good as Stetson has, and Sims playing at Bama or Ohio State would have those Teams in the same spot they are now --when you look at our QBs they are always trying to do the fundamentally sound things, which tells me they have been coached & developed

I wish I could say the same things for all position Groups on the Team
