I'm too lazy to keep an up-to-date list of our signees in this post. This is a thread for people too lazy to start an official thread.

Final tally:
1 flip (Welchoff) "We had a guy flip on us last night, and if you find out in February it's hard to replace them." -CPJ
1 possible flip (C'Bo)
17 signees
0 positive surprises

Update pls

But I think the point made is they consistently have a top 10 recruiting class while we have a consistently 40-50 ranked class.

You never know. In a few years we will know how good/bad our last 2 classes are. I find it interesting that UGA has the #1 ranked class almost every year yet we play them pretty competitive for the most part. This looks like a good solid class but we shall see.

How is doing 3-14 vs them "pretty competitive."

Until our recruiting improves massively nothing else matters. Our average ~50 won't hang against top 10. And the fact they are now hitting top 3 is a serious problem.

I agree. GT won 3 games in 17 years by 1 score in each.

Yeah, I would say recruiting needs to improve.

I just wish we could beat their ass sometime the way they beat ours this past November

Does anyone know how many, if any, of these guys have enrolled early and plan to participate in spring practice?

I think we usually are pretty tough against them most years. Depth and injuries are usually our undoing. If we had Chubb, Michel, Swift on our team we kill defenses

Isn’t that talent acquisition accomplished through recruiting?
