Here's a great idea, replace a controversial coach with one that played for your rival. I'm sure that will bring the fanbase together. Throw in no head coaching experience and I'm sure that we'll all be singing Kumbahyah and holding Bunghole Henry's hand as he rubs it in before any results can get in the way of his crowing. Then, when the team is 5-7 next year, he'll be on KillWill.com telling us how we could have had, according to his secret sources, Les Miles, who would have come to GT over Michigan if we had offered.

Much of the rift is over personalities and the unadultered hate that is spewed by some. That isn't going to change.

Gollee, I don't think Muschamp would be hired. I like his style. I don't care where he graduated from as long as he keeps our program respectable and beats (u)ga.

Fact: He hasn't been a head coach.

Opinion: He's too young and unproven to start.

Guys, I hope after the decision is made that we will all band together and support which way Dan chooses to go. We need to be behind the program like we were in the late 90's, when George was here. I just want our fanbase united, I want everyone to trust in the decision Dan makes and IF a new coach is hired give him every opportunity possible to win here, I don't want to look back at 6 years later like this right now where people have just simply stopped coming to games. We need everyone excited about Tech football again and I believe that is what Dan is trying to accomplish and will accomplish, should he select someone it will be the man who he believes can bring Tech to a new level and add enthusiasm to the program. So in closing, I think he will make a superb choice, I hope that you all will agree and support it. Busy week, should know the outcome very soon.:D

There you go again saying we need to stand together and back what ever Dan does. Then you jump right in to hireing a new coach. Will you stand with him if he keeps Chan?
