White Out!!!

At least we didn't attempt the WHITE OUT during the MSU game....that would have llooked like crap.....AND, wesleyd21 will be in attendance for this one in my sperm colored shirt.

Hahaha that is true for many people but since I don't drink, I need to layer. :laugher: I know, I sound like a woman.
 
I would be more excited about this, but GT fans can't even seem to wear gold to games (our crowd looks like a rainbow missing red).

I even saw BC fans mostly wore the exact same color. GT can't even decide what type of gold to wear or just shows up in whatever color they feel like that day.

No way BC is more color coordinated than we are. Their student section is the only part that even attempts to wear team colors. We at least have mostly white and gold.

Whatever angle the TV camera was at was an impressive array of that yellow/gold, whatever color it is.

Even my wife commented on it, so I know I wasn't hallucinating.

Edit: It could have been their student section. The SWARM is the only section of our stadium that is uniform gold. The frats, when they don't show up late and leave early, are not color coordinated. The band of course is pure white. Also, the "other student section" on the south side (other than the front row Goldfellas) is never uniform in color.

When I say uniform, I mean like >90%. You can clearly tell that not enough people know to wear gold.

Edit 2: I just wish we could pull off something like Penn State. I remember one of their games where the entire stadium was white. And the students had the free pom-pom things moving in a coordinated fasion. It was VERY impressive.
 
We need to have signs that say, "Did you wear gold today? No? Then you are a miserable Tech fan and should kill yourself."
 
White during a night game in November is incredibly dumb. I will try my best to support it but it will most assuredly be a cold night and nobody has white jackets, etc.

Happy Valley's student section during a white-out is one of the coolest things in all of college football.
 
Well, if this can be pulled off, it should look impressive. Miami doesn't travel at all. So there should be no green or orange in the stands. But, we cannot manage to all wear even a shade of yellow to games. At least there's no argument about which shade of white to wear.

If everyone can stick to 'Champion' or 'Russell' wear then things should be fine. Just stay away from the egg-shell white of some off-brand crap under the name of, well who knows, 'Winner' or 'Chamberlin'.
 
Every good tech fan should have a white GT polo or sportshirt. Jesus don't any of you ever wear a white sportshirt. Rock it with gold pants and you're golden (pun intended). I also suggest the gt tie and or bowtie
 
My fashion consultant says you should never wear white after Labor Day.
