I was being generous with C. The dude ran Florida's program into the ground. I won't bitch about him if we hire him, but we could do better (Collins is proof we could do worse at least).

If by running the program into the ground, you mean he had one bad season, then yes, he ran the program into the ground.

In order of most likely among the poll options, I'd say Chadwell, Key, O'Brien, Deion, Mullen.

He's the reason they suck this year as well. He didn't exactly leave a good team behind him and was fired for a good reason.

If they were good this year, would he have been the reason for that? Just trying to figure out what the rules are.

They aren't so who cares. He inherited a good Florida team and got ran out of town based on how bad he was doing. The team has not been able to recover from him. People blamed CPJ for Collins entire tenure, I don't really see what the problem is with saying Florida is still recovering from Mullen.

Florida was terrible the year before he got there. It just seems bizarre to me to act like he inherited some sort of goliath and turned them into a dumpster fire.

"He inherited a good Florida team"
Where did I say they were a goliath?

These were the recruiting ranking of the team he inherited. I would say that is "good". He then did good enough over 3.8 seasons to get fired.

The previous coach also did good enough to get fired. As did the one before that.

He had one bad year at UF. At Mississippi State, a school that made 7 bowl games in the 27 years before he got there, he went to eight straight bowls over his last eight seasons.

I'm really glad you are a fan of Mullen. As I said, I won't bitch if he was hired. Happy Thanksgiving.

If all those other dudes turn us down, then we we settle on Key. Not a terrible settle, but a settle nonetheless. We have been pining for Gailey seasons and I think Key can get us there in the ACC but GT needs to stop schedule tough OOC teams, take the UNC/Duke route to scheduling. Then we can have more wins and feel better about ourselves since we are so emotional.

Also I almost forgot. Mullin sucks balls and everyone knows Key will be a better coach because he loves GT. I mean, really loves GT. A true Tech man through and through.
