Who will replace Collins?

Many would probably disagree but a win over Georgia wouldn't have any lasting effects at all. A week-long euphoria brought back down to Earth by a realization that was a massive fluke.

You can go down the road and say that we have hung our hat on the sporadic wins we have had against UGA, but not one of them was considered a fluke then or now.

When was the last time we beat them with a bad team? It would be viewed as an enormous choke by them, so we would enjoy the shadenfreude, basically.

(Which would be awesome as far as it goes, but wouldn't change our trajectory or buy Collins more time if we continue to lose otherwise)

No I’m not you moron.
You’re protesting too much. Plus you’re tossing names out there, which shows you’re hurt and you have to lash out to protect your ego. I bet you’ve cried at some during the past 31 games about how bad Geoff has been.

They've beaten us often when we were the better team, never vice versa.

The point being, Collins gets nothing from a win over UGA. The fanbase gets a shot of adrenaline, he earns nothing. But this is all gumdrops and rainbows talk anyway

You are delusional if you don't think Collins would get a boost from a win over an undefeated UGA team. However, you are correct that this is like worrying what you might do with your lottery winnings. It ain't gonna happen.

You’re delusional. I have tosses out zero names. All I’ve done is speak the truth. Geoff Collins will be the coach for at least two more years.

Louisville is tearing apart the Clemson defense with the triple option as we speak. Makes me sad.

Bring BOB back after his stint as OC for Bama.

He did a great job here with our offense and brings NFL cred. He could bring Godsey as OC and then a stud DC who wants to work for a former NFL head coach.

He is a good coach. He is a lousy GM but that is not relevant here. Can we pay him enough is the question.

Returns were diminishing. 2019 roster probably goes 5-7 without a change. Who knows after that. 6-7 wins in a good year, maybe.

I would be down to go air raid or something. Not opposed to funky offenses in general.

Returns for cpj/flexbone were diminishing. I don't think the offense (or at least the core of it) is, as so many offenses have been incorporating it.

Not that I'm at all against air raid.

Hate to break it to you; but the current guy was a DC. HC O'leary gave us the leaky Roof defense part 1.
Yes. But we had some really good defenses under Gailey. There’s no excuse for the consistent week end, week out perpetual poor defense.

I think Saban would pay his expenses to have him sent back to GT. He does not impress me.
