Why building a culture with Geoff Collins is more important than winning

For real?

WTF

Man, that’s some retarded öööö right there.

“ Collins has done something that I have yet to see from the Georgia Tech program since I have followed the team: excitement.”

Dude must’ve started following the team in 2017.

“It is important during this stage that we establish ourselves before we try to worry about style points, such as expecting to win week in and week out.”

Expecting to win = style points? We’ve had nothing BUT style points for the last 3 years.

Culture was set at the end of the 2nd year / start of 3rd year. Is he changing it from that?

You build culture in the offseason. Problem is, one of many, culture building continued into the season instead of preparing to win games.

And now, of those guys who were supposed to set the standard going forward from 2019, how many of them are left? I counted 80-plus gone from the 2019 spring roster of just over 100.
That was going into the 2021 season, too.

We have a swag walk before games and are mentally and physically soft on the field. That is the current culture.

Only correction: swag walk during games too, acting like world beaters over a dropped pass by the other team when they got 5 yards behind our safeties.

This article feels like Russian propaganda.

My favorite move was hand motioning incomplete pass as they watched the play unfold behind them

I wonder why there is not an articel titled "Why Geoff Collins need to coach the boys up"
