Why can't we fill up the stadium?

Gameday can go to day games.

Cocktail Party(Gameday went there last year)
Texas vs TTU(I still think this will be our biggest contender...if both teams are still undefeated.)

Ugh, that's stiff competition. Thankfully UGA has a loss.
 
When we beat FSU and virtually lock up the division, I think we ought to yell our heads off as the clock expires, sing IARRFGT, and then walk quietly out of the stadium as if we've been there before. We handed FSU their butts on a platter when I was in school.

How is beating FSU virtually locking up the division? Do the games at UNC and against Miami not count at that point and does VT automatically forfeit a game? If we can complete this 4 game sweep and win the Coastal then something like a field rush makes sense, but I personally think it would be embarassing to rush the field after beating Miami. The most logical place to rush would be @Athens, but I am not a big fan of rushing an opponent's field(that is the one place I think an exception can be made, however). If we win the ACCCG then that would be an ideal place to rush a field and dance with an orange in either hand.

Who cares if I get night-sticked or pepper sprayed.
 
Please don't rush the field, if we both win this weekend and then we win, let's enjoy it from the stands and tailgating. fsu is not that good, mes thinks it would be a little embarassing. but that's just me.

I agree. I'd save rushing the field for the Miami game, assuming we keep winning, and assuming we're on our way to Tampa Bay.:fingersx:
 
Screw rushing the field for the Miami game when we win the division. Only place we should rush the field is at RJ Stadium after guaranteeing a BCS bowl game.

Eventhough I can see the urge to rush, I agree with this here. I am one to think that rushing after a team that was 1-3 would be a little out of place. Maybe after the championship game (god willing GT earns the right to be there) would be more appropriate. Until then, let's enjoy it fellas!

If we beat FSU and UVA. We will almost have the division locked up. Yes, we have to win the other two... or maybe only one by that time... but we will have it virtually locked up... not totally locked up... virtually locked up... not locked up in actuality... but virtually locked up.

A Tech fan trying to storm the field in Athens after a Tech win is anything but logical. Please do not attempt this. I almost got detained for getting a mere traditional handful of shrubs last time we won there. Do your celebrating in your vehicle, with the windows rolled up. :biggthumpup:

True this. While beating FSU and UVA will be IDEAL. GT still needs VT to lose assuming that they somehow win at FSU, but we still have a game against a very volatile UNC and a MIA that may find its self before then. We must stay the course and when the ACCCG is won by GT, then we deserve to rush the field. IMO>
 
Rushing the field should be reserved for winning big games (read championships, ACC or otherwise) and games you have no business winning. IMO, this year is certainly no fluke and we deserve every win we get, so let's save the field rushing for the next championship game we win.

I agree. Storming the field in Athens is a bad idea. They're more than prepared for it. Also, don't ring that stupid bell they have. The natives get upset.
 
I really wish the Georgia game was at home this year because I really want to rush the field when we beat them. But there's no way in hell I'll do that in Athens...I'd rather not end up with a nightstick to the face, another to the back of the head, a third to the groin, pepper spray in the eyes, and then locked up in an Athens prison with some made-up charges and no phone call.
