Yeah...I'm hopeful he at least has a substantial buyout from us, but given our past management of contracts and situations like this, I'm not sure why I have any hope.

I may have to eat some crow on this one. While it’s easy to professionally explain it away and provide relevant examples, the fact that it is uga vying for a title makes it impossible for Tech fans to accept. Buster damn well better be worth it.
 
Who cares? unless his contract with us forbids it, go ahead. Like it or not, we’re not in the same league as uga. as president Reagan dealt with the russians by outspending them in the nuke race, uga has the money to outspend us x 100.
 
We need to start figuring out how to consistently win games versus duke, vpi, clemson, etc. financially, we can’t compete with uga. they probably spend more on recruiting than we pay all of our coaching staff.

If you are comparing us to Russia, I think Chernobyl was the athletic director and head football coach recently fired.
 
I don’t mind him helping them out, it just means he gets more time convincing Brock or Gunner to follow him back to ATL.
Ugay has an interesting QB battle next year with 3 highly recruited QBs. Why not grab the guy who losses out on the starting job?

I like Fernbank they might have gone there. I also imagine they go to the aquarium and the world of Coca Cola. It’s been a few years since we went to a bowl so I guess you have forgotten the pregame festivities that make the bowl game enjoyable for the teams.

No. Key is a coach that is looking ahead to next season and apparently thinks Buster can be a strong OC for us and isn't going to cut off his nose to spite his face.

If Buster was on the OSU staff none of you would bitch except for the lack of full time spent recruiting (if it isn't a blackout period now).

Ugag is our hated rival, but also won the national championship last season and may do it again this year (I hope OSU knocks their dicks off). We hired someone who was apparently a key cog in their offensive coaching staff and want that skillset and asset for ourselves. Yeah, Key is a cuck.
