It's all about # of applicants, matriculation rate, and average SAT and GPA of admitted students (I suspect GT has added a diversity component now). It has nothing to do with customer service or satisfaction. It should, but it doesn't.That is true. Based on what is being reported, which I have not confirmed, their behavior and motivations are unfathomable to me.
