Spring Game to be on a Friday night

Decent crowd. Only softball also going on, as far as I know. I've seen less there.

I'd bet the student center lot and deck were not full.

I think there was also some kind of track meet going on. After the game the lights were on and there were people in the stands down at the track, and there were runners from different schools running around campus.

No argument though Dave's voice is shot and he forgets lyrics now and sounds like öööö. Conversely, JBJ was a total pro. Great First Concert for my kids.

But enough of that - how did our PK look? Sounds like our backup QB is solid.
Poster on another board said King made a 58 yarder in warmups. Davis didn't play, he's still out with his ACL injury.

RS Soph Joseph Macrina, 6-0 236, converted LB, got some carries at BB. He looked like he could be useful in short yardage situations. Seems to be the battering ram kind of back that won't ever get stopped for a loss.

Notice coach sporting the new hotness Adidas and Demetra wearing a shirt he picked up from the Goodwill over on Northside Drive.

These highlights do not include "The Dance" which, tbh, was the MVP of the night.

Ah I went to a show in 2015 and Dave sounded great. Dave is Dave and hes awesome

I’d say that Lucas Johnson has a good shot at being our opening day starter. He’s a natural on the rollout pass.
Definitely has a shot. At the very least, we should be platooning him into the game. I know a lot of folks probably think that sucks and wouldn't work, but I think it would. He throws way too pretty of a pass.

He also moved the ball around. He made a few mistakes. If he leads Dolphus on one of his passes it goes for a long TD. It must have slipped or something because Dolphus was running full speed wide open and had to stop and dive back at the ball. Dolphus is a big WR who was targeted several times. Some of his misses were just good coverage. It does look like Stewart will be the go to guy.

Of course, I'm not even sure which WR's played and which ones didn't. I thought we looked pretty good overall.

Your updates last night were well appreciated. Thanks.

You’re still an idiot.
