This is a novel approach. Usually people just start a new thread... and then say all the same things that have already been said.So many threads idk where to put my two cents.

One example:I can tell you that a lot of 2007 was luck. There were some weird things that happened that helped the stars align. Gailey wasn't all of a sudden a worldbeater at recruiting.
I don't think King could've stayed eligible at Tech for 3 or 4 years. One example:
The story goes that in 2007 Caleb King and Jonathan Dwyer were the two top running backs in the state.
UGA offered King leaving Dwyer for us. If Mark Richt had gone with Dwyer and left King for us or anybody else, how would that have worked out for us? Could we have gotten any feature back as good as Dwyer?
That's my point. We were lucky to have a great player with enough academics like Jonathan available to us. We're lucky UGA went for King. My UGA people say they could have had their pick of the two and UGA made the wrong choice.I don't think King could've stayed eligible at Tech for 3 or 4 years.
Exactly. You're either part of the problem or part of the solution.I am mystified by these comments. We have indeed been pretty mediocre for a long time. So do you want to accept that? Or do you want to think of some things we could do to get better?
Dude needs Jesus.Get what this guy said.

Paul Johnson needs go go for sure but the palyers all suck and they are slow and trash. How can you win games with Marshall at qb he’s the worst qb tech has ever had

Hating on our coach is one thing, but disrespecting our players is crossing the line my man. I understand you frustration but do you think you can do better? Our players bust their butt's off being student athletes that deserve our respect and support no matter.

Yeah I could go better to be completely honest. I could call a better game than any coach or player out there. Why do you put up with this they are worst team in the ACC ever year. They have to talent. Student athletes my ass it’s just a 4 or 5 year party and living off daddy’

That is totally unfair.Down 21 at the start of the 4th qtr, he fooled Duke by taking half the qtr to score a TD. Like every other DC in America, Duke was probably expecting some sort of urgency by our offense. Instead, CPJ fooled 'em by running in plays from the sideline, not going no-huddle, running clock-killing B-back dives, taking tons of time between plays, etc.
he's an offensive genius.
How so? Puke has beat us, what, 4 of last 5?Is it Johnson or just what Tech really is? You can't build a Alabama, or Georgia with a team full of 3 stars. I can't blame the players or the coach, face it, Georgia Tech is the new Duke or Vanderbilt.
Some are now saying it's Points Per Possession or more laughably, Yards Per Drive that prove how great the O is doing. I think you need to update the narrative you're keeping up with! That is totally unfair.
How do you expect him to be nationally ranked in rushing yards per game, which, as we all know is more important than winning..
we all need Jesus but this dude also needs a brain – "they are worst team in the ACC ever year"Dude needs Jesus.
"We're either gonna get this guy or we're not."Exactly. You're either part of the problem or part of the solution.
Among other things.Dude needs Jesus.
Why is that laughable? Tempo teams inflate their offensive numbers with their pace. We do the opposite, because we don't get as many possessions as most teams. On the flipside, our slow pace of play protects our defense, so it turns out that our defense is even worse than the Total Defense stats show. Some are now saying it's Points Per Possession or more laughably, Yards Per Drive that prove how great the O is doing. I think you need to update the narrative you're keeping up with!
I'd agree that yards per possession is mostly meaningless (what you do between the 20s doesn't matter if you can't put up points at the end of a drive), but I fail to see the flaw in using points per possession as a metric for offensive success. Some are now saying it's Points Per Possession or more laughably, Yards Per Drive that prove how great the O is doing. I think you need to update the narrative you're keeping up with!
He has NO idea about Georgia Tech if he thinks it's a 4 to 5 year party school. He must has us confused with Uga.Dude needs Jesus.
All Kevin cares about now is soccer, which to that I say GAYYYYYGet what this guy said.

He's too old to play anyway,however..... he (johnson) recruited them, coached them, played them, then blamed them. The man is a loser.Paul Johnson didn't drop the football today. Our team did. Many times.
