Really like how they are mixing up their flexbone with a few pistol sets tonight. They are also running a compressed set with the the two A-backs to one side. I have never seen that look before. I wish we had Niumatalolo and his staff here to be honest even though he wasn't interested. I think he would given us a slight bump in recruiting as well.

I like Coach Ken but nah. We are probably about to get a couple of Bama commits and flip an NC State commit, as well. Thats plenty enough to tell me we went in the right direction, though I will continue to enjoy watching the academies do their thing (except Citadel who I never want to see again)

Also, BTL is below the line...

Oh geez not this again

What is it with "some GT Fans" that think that Tripl-O Offense is the ONLY WAY for GT to ever have a prayer of succeeding

WE ARE IN THE GREAT STATE OF GEORGIA!

WE ARE IN THE METRO ATLANTA AREA!

GT FB is surrounded by 125 to 150 FBS-P5 Recruits each year , of that one-fiddy 70% are able to graduate from GT with a degree in LMC, HST, or Business

NEWSFLASH!

GT FB never needed the Tripl-O to start with, the only thing Chan lacked was a good QB

Our GTAA basically tore down a pretty nice Home because we had some minor plumbing issues, the temporary fix looked great, until it didn't

I wish the Tripl-Oh fanboys would learn something about CFB & HS FB in this Region before they fawn all over ONE SYSTEM

There’s a big difference between lining up against Memphis and lining up against Clemson and Georgia. I liked watching the option. I hated the recruiting for the option.

Unless you have a beast like Shaq mason and a player like Justin Thomas. But in general yes.

Those guys didn't beat UGA & Clemson on a regular basis

You make it seem those guys turned us into Ohio St beating Michigan on a regular basis

Geez talk about revisionist history
Beat Uga 2/3 times with JT. Revisionist history. Best team since 1990. You must have missed the part where I agreed with him. But some of you guys are just too busy hating on the scheme.

I gotta say, of all the teams that somehow think Black & Blue unis look good the Memphis uni is kinda sharp. Think that bright blue does it.

Jt got 400 yards himself against Duke. Sure they lost to duke and unc at the wrong time, but other than fla state name another loss that season.

“...... got 400 yards (THAT IS FOUR HUNDRED) himself...”. One player! And WE lost. Not sure you wanna hang your hat on that one.

Thank God for JT vs gsu. gsu.

And CU - with or without Watson?

But the last 2 of 3 games are what they are and we got the ranking, in no small part due to victories over sec teams.

400 yards by himself in 2016 when we won.

And we played 4 ranked teams in a row with 3 consecutive top 10 teams and went 3/4 after a season of beating all of our rivals.

So yeah it was ööööing amazing.

But a BLT is awesome. Not as good as MLT, when the mutton is nice and lean....

If you're thinking about Morton, he's no longer a Bama commit. He reopened his recruiting several weeks back. Seems as if though Bama may have moved on from him, so he reciprocated.
As Ken S noted in the AJC, we're already 5 over the limit for 2020. If we get any more commits, who leaves? Losing 8 when depth is already an issue?

So other than those 3 losses, name another loss? And is there a right time to lose?

Personally I would still like to have seen what the 3-O could have been with a top 20 recruiting class.

I'm pretty sure PJ was right that it is the equalizer. Given the same talent and execution, I think the option wins every time. I'm slightly disappointed we'll never know.
