So is ND going to officially join now?

My prediction is the Little Girl will let ND into the conference with terms so favorable to them and disfavorable to everyone else that observers will be slackjawed and speechless, and he will do it so that the next commish will be powerless to change anything.

They should permanently join or öööö off. If they allow them this season to be eligible for the conference championship, guarantee they stick them in the Coastal to set up a Notre Dame-Clemson championship. öööö that.
It would guarantee the ACC a playoff spot. That is, until they come to Atlanta and get smoked like they will.

Somebody please tell me... how the hell is this 11 game season any safer than the regular 12 game season. Football is safe to play or it isn’t. What a waste of good rumor milling.
I don't think it has anything to do with safety. It's just a way for each conference to adopt their own uniform policy without worrying about what other conferences decide to do on short notice.

You guys act like the ACC doesnt get any benefit from ND being a partial member. Yes, ND gets its cake and can eat it too but the ACC also gets serious benefit of the ND brand association. Who's ACC schedule isn't immediately in demand when ND is on the home sched? Which ACC team doesnt benefit from increased exposure when they play ND? Yes, I'd prefer them to be full time but we are worse off without them as at least a partial member.

I just get sick and tired of their extremely overrated FB program always in the discussion of CFB Playoffs when they don’t have to win a conference championship.

We are worse off with them. They are picking our pockets and everyone knows it, which means every negotiation we enter into has someone who feels they have to pick our pockets too, or be considered a bad negotiator.

There's a reason our current contracts suck so much. Between the Little Girl being the Little Girl and ND picking our pockets, no one is going to respect us enough to give us fair equity.

Exposure is nice when you can capitalize off it. Right now the only one that capitalizes off that exposure is ND.

Which can DIAF.
