Tension between those Guys should have no bearing on an OLinemen blocking or not blocking, we just look weak and unathletic along the OLine.

I also have to question S&C , after GOL left GT FB, at the end of every season we are a beat up, walking wounded outfit, that literally limps down the homestretch of every season.

Every backup we run out there looks like he's 2 years away from being Game ready, and yet every other CFB game I watch maybe half the Teams run in backups that look as good as the starters and are chomping at the bit.

The only exception for us is RB, we have 4 guys that could start at many Top25 Programs and be highly productive players, I think everyone of those guys including Griffin should get a shot at the NFL.

you are right it shouldn’t Just like Lewis bringing in a friends kid to play QB shouldn’t divide the team but issue between leadership cause all sorts of problems and results
It’s just speculation but Key and PNope haven’t worked together until now PNope only had two good years on his 25+ year resume Key, until he got here, was seen as a rising star
Not saying it’s fact but I wouldn’t be surprised to learn there are some issues between the two

According to this, he would owe us half his salary for next year if he left for a comparable position before Jan. 2022 and 25 percent if he left after that.

totally agree. A thing that needs to be gone immediately if not yesterday is this clown culture of hype,hugs,dancing and no accountability.

We have never had much quality depth so attrition plays a big role in late season performance. You answer your own question in the next paragraph:

Again, it’s a lack of quality depth and TBH, Collins hasn’t been here long enough to be able to address that.

Despite being poopoo’d by many as an excuse, it’s a fact recruiting for GT is damned hard. Collins has done a decent job at it thus far, but that’s not going to get us where we want to be. He needs to bring in consistent top 20 classes and then coach them up. Neither has happened yet.

At least we weren't humiliated with "ITSSSSS MO EY DOWN!!!"

Apparently, those of influence for that quashed.

We have discussed coaching changes as nauseam. Here are a few of my non coaching/culture changes I'd like to see going forward.

1) absolutely, 100%, get rid of the artificial turf. Looks like crap. Hell, the reflection from it was unbearable in the north stands. Awful.
Here is November 16, 2014 vs yesterday, for reference.

2) bring back Buzz. WTF? Why are we no longer introducing our beloved mascot. Why is he no longer doing pushups after our scores? I did not see Buzz do one single pushup yesterday

3) concessions were a ööööshow. How does a school which claims to have the best I.E. program in the country be totally incapable of having decent concessions service? Need to bring in MB Stadium staff to study the issue? KSU I.E.'s? Damn, you'd think some enterprising I.E. student would take on our totally failed concessions as a class project.

WTF happened to you yesterday? I feel like you’ve done a 180 on a lot of issues. I’m pretty sure you and I argued about the turf earlier in the year (you at least big cried me for complaining about how it looks and plays I’m pretty sure).

It’s amazing how far technology has come. They’ve made it so turf looks like it’s dying when the weather starts to turn like real grass.

I've never liked the turf. I don't remember big crying you. I may have just seen your name and big cried you for general purposes.

Collins has been here long enough to get a lot more depth on the line than what we have. We're still starting a cpj walkon who is struggling. Lots of accountability is needed.
 
I think autonomy for assistant coaches could end leading to division and may not improve things. The ask is to completely turn things around knowing you have 1 year to prove yourself. We'll most likely just increase the buyouts for next year, hurting the whole reason for not moving on from Collins now.
