Weaker SEC teams get opponents who were stronger in their conferences, so not surprising the SEC teams would lose more. Like you had 6-6 Auburn playing 12-2 Houston. Having two SEC teams in the Playoff probably shifts SEC teams up in the bowl pecking order too. Glad the SEC is losing regardless.
