He should've stayed and gotten physically bigger and better. Stats mean almost nothing when it comes to the draft. Whether he could improve his stats next year or not, he would've hopefully gotten more muscle and experience. Both of those would improve his draft stock.
Also, I questioned his toughness at various points throughout this past year. Anyways, good luck to him, and I hope he proves us all wrong and has a great rookie season with whomever picks him up.
