Per 247 rankings, five of our top 25 recruits since 2000 are in this class. This figure includes Gibbs.

For comparison sake, four were from the 2007 class.

The conventional wisdom has been that for a while.

We have the last visit and we have had him a while. I'd feel better if he was spending more unofficial time on campus bonding.

This class should help us a lot. We are top 20 and his friends and family will be able to see him play in person. I hope he doesnt underrate how special that is.

What will also help is that the family hosting his family are all very high on him getting a GT degree and playing here. And he lives with a player who has committed to us as a PWO.
I wouldn't start betting the farm on him de-committing just yet. Coach Collins and Coach Choice will make sure he knows we really want him here.

From what I've read it also depends on what Florida does in their recruiting of running backs, though I don't know if anything has changed in that regard today.
