I don't think that's on the shirt. Looks to me like he's holding one of our coaches business cards in his hands. Anyway he was leaving for his OV to FSU as soon as our coaches left so even if he was wearing FSU gear, that could be why.

Dixon is from Houston. Probably looked at some 2021 players while having an excuse to visit family. I am not plugged into the 2021 prospects yet.
