Pilot program coincides with Heineken’s new ad campaign for alcohol free “beer”. Fascinating.

I nominate Good Word brewing in Duluth. We need a local brewery to come out with Buzz Brew. The slogan would be "Catch a Buzz at Grant Field."
FSU sells beer at baseball games. Cut off is 7th inning. Local breweries on tap or cans. It's pricey but it sure is nice to have a couple beers during the game. Speaking of, the Jackets will be down here in a couple weeks. I haven't noticed a difference in any behavior since before they sold beer. They also sell beer at football games but you have to buy it AND drink it in designated areas under the stands. Game is on tv.
They dont give a dick about sports.I nominate Good Word brewing in Duluth.
Southbound in Savannah may want to get in the Atlanta market. Their stuff is good and they are proud Tech grads with a flag hanging in the brewery. They dont give a dick about sports.
I would nominate Reformation. I would say Second Self, but they changed their logo to red and black. WTF.
Heavens no... I only drink frosty O'douls and Heineken 0.I understand the appeal for a Cold One at the game,
but judging by the eagerness of SOME on this issue over the last few months I really have to wonder whether they are alcoholics.
Hope not.
Bud is going to be awesome with everyone holding beers up.
It’s been done before. Time to bring it back.We need a local brewery to come out with Buzz Brew. The slogan would be "Catch a Buzz at Grant Field."
Maybe not you poors but an true 80ker canA beer or so is fine, but judging from how expensive a coca cola is in the stadium, I figure nobody will be getting sauced
Sounds like you don't actually understand the appeal for a Cold One at the game.![]()
I've said for years the only way to make football attendance not terrible is to sell alcohol in the stadium. Period.
Glad to see they're experimenting.
Holy moly thank you TStan
Not surprising that the worst posters on this board think this is a bad idea
And who said it was a totally bad idea?
AFAIK the beer / liquor sold in the East Club seats hasn't led to any problems.
Just seems like some are posting as if they are having the freaking heebie geebies in the stands if they can't have a drink.
öööö, i dont care. Vomit all over yourself in public if you want.
I, for one, am in favor of Clemson or UGA fans spending money that could potentially down the road indirectly get basketball to the NCAAs or baseball to Omaha or something.I don’t look forward to sitting around a bunch of foul language, drunk obnoxious Clemson and UGA fans. Just my two cents but they need to leave the alcohol at the Pro games or in the boxes on the west side.
