An inept staff for our offense

He says, as he's wasting his time posting on Stingtalk, where there is no possible payback.
But, he likes posting when things are going bad, like several of the others who miraculously have shown up on the board

Bullshit. Your take is to burn the damn building down. We lost 3 close games in a row. Reasonable posters, when. Your kind has asked, have shown you areas where we are progressing. You ignore that progression. You ignore the talent.
Some people aren't happy unless they're miserable.

I have a question really didn't know where to put it , first I'll let you know i'm not happy with the whole coaching staff

What does what does Brent Key really do ? I know he is listed as Assistant Head Coach/Run Game Coordinator/ offensive line great title but what does he do ? During the off season last summer USC was trying to get him and he stayed saying he want some say so . How really picked him CGC or the AD , I would have thought it was CGC because he knew him. Just what does an Assistant Head coach do ? Was he given this title and told he would be the next head coach. I'm really just looking for an answer what more say so did he want?

I don't think there is any reason for Gibbs to consider leaving. He is given plenty of opportunities to display his talents and has done a great job doing that. He may be gone after next year anyway.

He may have had an accuracy problem yesterday, but I believe he was above 60% completion rate on the season. When is the last time we have had a QB near that? Godsey?

Jeff Sims is not the issue on this team.
Who said Sims was the issue on the team ?

Who said Sims was the issue on the team ?
The ones who "pinged" Kelly Quinlan during our game yesterday about getting Jordan Yates into the game. That's right, dumbasses are apparently such dumbasses that their dumbasses ping KQ and somehow think KQ can somehow miracle Jordan Yates into a ballgame. What is KQ gonna do? Tag Stansbury who relays a message to Collins who thinks "great idea, @douchebagtechfan2021!"

Several people want him benched.
I do not want him benched. He is the best option we have and his running ability is crucial given our OL breakdowns.
I do think his lack of accuracy and decision making limit our offensive success. I am not sure if his passing issues are due to limitations in his ability. lack of coaching on mechanics, poor decision making skills or lack of protection by the OL.
I have seen multiple good QB's have their careers destroyed by poor OL protection. That is a distinct possibility for Sims unless the OL improves next year.
Finally, based on Collins track record I expect him to be the QB until he completes his eligibility. I hope he improves his passing consistency soon.

When is the last time we had a QB competing greater than 60% of his passes on a season?

That what your mom told me last night

He's one of them. Unless throwing picks isn't an issue for you. He also had some bad throws on 3rd down that should've been easy conversions.

Sims looked good running the option yesterday, but his pass reads are still suspect.

Simple question:

Do you watch other CFB Teams, the good ones, Bama, Ohio State, etc?

This is the part I have a hard time with. Our completion rate is good, but we aren’t scoring. It seems like we have a lot of 3 and outs, but that may just be observation bias. I really notice when we need to move the ball and we can’t.
