Rivalries are about hatred, not competitiveness. That's why Ohio State-Michigan was still a great rivalry even when Michigan was never winning.

I enjoy UGA losing. Not going to pretend I don't. If others don't feel the same, that's fine, but it's silly for anyone to act like this is a Tech-specific aspect to fandom.

I will not watch a minute of Kirby’s second and counting national title over a small private school from Fort Worth that plays little defense and whose RB is hurt. The Frogs lose big. If not, I watch the replay.

True. But UM & OSU are on equal footing. Ugag and GT are most definitely not from a resource and talent standpoint. I don’t see that gap closing with the $$$ that Ugag is spending.

day constantly outfoxes himself.

Tough to see TCU beat UGA but that certainly would be a nice counterargument to the college football is dead drumbeat

I'm sure it's super pivotal for him to be there for the title game, too. Then he'll actually be able to dedicate himself to the job we hired him for a month earlier.

I guess my point is it doesn't actually matter if we're on equal footing or not when it comes to it being a rivalry.
