That is a defeated man who knows his fate. I truly think he thought they go blow out UCF and roll a few games and save his job, which was about a 5% possibly of happening. There is a 0% chance he is our coach next season.

Say what you will about him, but he is a master class in believing in yourself and faking-it-till-you-make-it. His level of self-confidence/delusion is literally something to be desired, I wish I had one-tenth of it.

Our AD saved us $0 by not firing CGC at the end of last season. That idiot created a contract that totally ööööed us out of another season of football for no reason other than his own incompetence and arrogance.

Given our history of historically bad ADs, I volunteer to be AD. It really can't be hard to do better.

I guess Key pulls double duty and he could give more responsibilities to Turner and/or Knight on the defensive side. We may well be worse for the rest of this year.

The only name I recognize on that list, other than the obvious ones, is Deane Sheaheane, president of the Alumni Association. And all I really know about him, other than seeing his name in alumni publications, is that he flat out lied to alumni club leaders about a former student-athlete who is actually in the Tech Track HOF, saying that he (Sheaheane) could find no evidence of him (the HOF athlete) having any connection with Tech at all. This was regarding a matter related to politics, so I won't go into details here, but he called the former athlete a spam artist. Knowing the truth, I wrote to Sheaheane pointing out, as tactfully as I could, his "mistake". All I got in return was a handwritten note scribbled on the back of a copy of the email I had sent, with illegible initials only of someone, saying "thank you for your support of Georgia Tech. I am still pissed about that, and I wouldn't trust the man to make any kind of athletics decision.
