The guy is throwing passes to their #1 receiver when they had the game well in their own hands. I sure as heck hope CPJ remembers this game and we will beat the living crap out of this team next year. I officially HATE UNC now. HATE them. Moreso Butch "run up the score" Davis.

Some of you may have different opinions on this, but I think he is a total douche bag. I can't wait to beat them severely in BDS next year!

It's really stupid too. TJ Yates has been hurt for a long time and just got back into no contact practice and you drop him back to throw against a probably fairly hacked off defense.

That's just ignorant.
 
Counting down to the first guy that says "Stop complaining. They beat us and it's our job to stop them."

There's a difference between playing football and trying to score touchdowns pointlessly when you're already going to win.
 
I have no problem with UNC throwing passes and trying to run up the score. Doesn't upset me one bit. It's just extra points. Big deal. Doesn't change our goals any: Get better in all phases of the game.

We threw at the end against Duke and their fans were pretty ticked off. It's something the team should just quietly remember for next year's game.

People need to think carefully before complaining about "running up the score." It's really a silly thing to complain about. It may be trite but it's also the truth: It's our responsibility to make sure the score isn't run up, not Butch Davis's. To whine about getting scored on is just weak and pathetic.:twocents:

I just have one question: does he wear boxers or briefs? I was thinking he is a briefs guy.

The same Doc Walker has been "on our nuts" in the games in which we were victorious. If we want more announcer love maybe we should try winning.
 
I just want to get on record that I would rather not have Doc Walker anywhere near my nuts.

Dude, really? Take a step back from the computer. Grow a pair. It sucks we lost. It sucks we lost as bad as we did. PJ WOULD HAVE DONE THE EXACT SAME THING. Just because it would have been Dwyer running a 60 yard play up the middle, does that mean we weren't trying to score on it?

Get over yourself.

My point was that it's not stupid or bitchy to say that you think Butch Davis is classless for trying to run up the score. You don't have to agree, but calling it those things is pointless and senseless. All of this menstruation needs to stop.

Craig is my brother. Decided to edit cause nobody would know what the hell I am talking about. Beer is definitely in hand, I am definitely relaxing (watching UK recover several fumbles), but it didn't sound like sarcasm.

Several posts you complained about Butch running up the score. You sound upset. Apologies if I misinterpreted...
