Give Prime credit, he took responsibility for poor coaching at halftime interview. Down 4, 50 seconds left in half and at your own 5 and other team has just 2 time outs - run the clock out. They threw 3 incomplete passes and give up TD to go down 14-3 after punt return and pass.

Also his QB son doesn't look the same player. Just beat up with his head down. The QB swag is gone and has lost his discipline. Needs an attitude change.
 
Why should he get credit for that? It was dumb for anyone whose paid attention to football for a small amount of time.

This is what everyone who was not a Deion fanboy thought was coming. There was a very thin shell of swagger that never got tested at the HBCU level. Once they got their asses kicked the true character started to show. Prime time is over folks.
 
Some of you are morons. This was always the likely result, to win 5 or 6 this year, 8 or 9 next year when they have another reload in the portal. They won 1 last year.

At Jackson state they were just above .500 the first year, then went 11-2, 12-1.

At Jackson State, the talent gap was more exploitable than it will be at Colorado.

Sure. I don’t think he will go undefeated in Colorado. But will have them as 8-9 win team next year. Which is great for the Buffs, one of the worst fBS programs the last 30 years.

How many more guys do you think he’ll be able to talk into leaving HC positions in come be a coordinator for 5 games?

It's that or bust. Such is the bed he made for himself, prioritizing his sons, shuffling his staff already, and threatening to replace the entire OL with transfers. Those antics will be dismissed if he goes 10-2. If he goes 6-6 they'll get old really quick.

And Colorado mortgaged the future on him. Will be fascinating to watch. Either way, when he leaves, the following season will be a smoldering crater.

Who cares? You realize shurmur is way more qualified than the other guy, right? He hasn’t any problems assembling a staff.

He's 49th in the country at QBR. Haynes is at 19th. Quick: if they were both Buffaloes, who do you think Deion would play?

He'll pump Shedeur no matter what. Just look at all the moves and emphasis he's making: changing play callers and threatening the OL. This entire circus is about Shedeur's draft stock and it always has been. Once Deion's sons are out of eligibility, I wouldn't be surprised to see him quit.
