Deadspin Says Manti Te'o's Girlfriend Was a Hoax

Now the total truthfulness of this is in question, but they also have a show on MTV, and it is 100% certain that there are people out there that live these virtual, parallel lives.

It is highly probable that the girl in the pictures could've been in on it.

Sooo, wait, ND is saying Teo got tricked into thinking he had a girlfriend when in fact someone was trolling him the entire time and as part of that troll they made him think his "girlfriend" had gotten into car wreck and later died of cancer?

Maybe he was embarrassed about admitting he had never met the girl he loved or whatever face-to-face?

Just recapped what we've been discussing so far. Wilbon intimated he benefited in his Heisman run by the story of her death being out there.

Weren't sure if he was victim or perpetrator and basically were going to withhold judgment until more comes to the light.
 
I still can't believe this. I'm trying to tell people around me but none of them know who Manti is. I NEED TO GOSSIP ABOUT THIS!
