I’m as optimistic a GT fan as anybody -any game (almost) any time, we’ve got a chance to win.

I’m done after tonight. I have no optimism, I have absolutely no confidence in this coaching staff, and I’m am nearing the point where I just don’t give a öööö. We just lost to Northern Illinois for öööös sake.

Same here. I haven't been negative before tonight. This absolutely terrible performance in every area of the game against an awful team did me in. Collins is on borrowed time. It may be a few years before the buyout is doable, but it's a matter of time now.

We need an offensive head coach who knows the area and is familiar with the challenges of winning at a place like Tech. There's a guy who's out of work right now who fits the bill.

Same here. I haven't been negative before tonight. This absolutely terrible performance in every area of the game against an awful team did me in. Collins is on borrowed time. It may be a few years before the buyout is doable, but it's a matter of time now.

Last I checked, GT has over $2.1 billion in endowment. If pressure gets bad enough, the Institute will cough up the funds for the buy out. It will come down to cost/benefit analysis, as it always does in these situations.

The alternative is someone tells us how much it will take to get Stansbury and the entire football clown show to go away. I really don’t care at this point. That team we just lost to hasn't lost a game all year. The team we play next week hasn't lost a game all year either. Just the life of a team with the toughest schedule in the country.

I had to watch that in segments. Pretty tough to get through. Coach thinks the improvements in the team are evident. Visually. On offense and defense. Now, I am a moron, but that's difficult for me to understand.

I am reminded of Bobby Ross’ 3rd season. After sucking for 2 seasons, you could see that his 3rd team had much more talent, but they continued to suck the first 4 games before an incredible turnaround. The only problem is comparing CGC, P and Thacker to Ross, Fridge and O’Leary. However, 4 games into the 1989 season, we thought Ross, Fridge and O’Leary sucked also.
