You keep adding more words in my mouth that I never said to try to make yourself look better. I don't know if you're aware of what you're doing or are just dumb and jump to conclusions, but either way it's a bad habit. As to the bit you added, yeah I think some coaching is responsible but am mostly in the "talent and accountability" camp and haven't really been shy about it.
