Yeah, I fixed the ‘didn’t factor’. His running stats weren’t out of line with the other guys.

You should start up a YouTube channel to help educate us. Break down game film, recruiting, budgetary issues, coach histories, etc. If you present it well, I promise to pin every video to the top of the board. Be the change you want to see in the world.

Correct. There is probably no portal talk if the success of the last 3 yrs would have been greater than 9 total wins.
 
I suppose Collins will need a new line for his press conferences, where he filibusters by saying he's concerned about the locker room, when asked if he had lost the locker room. The answer is becoming obvious. As for Gibbs, he may win the Heisman yet. I think he is a better running back than Walker at Michigan State, and given enough touches and an Offensive Line, will explode.

Agreed. I don't understand the freak out here. We won 3 games, 2 were blowout wins. Maybe we lose Duke without Gibbs? Very telling that his tweet makes no reference to coach waffle house.

TStan supposedly had the money to buy him out, but he somehow convinced the big money guys to stick with Collins. It's not too late for those big money guys who have the money to step up and demand that Collins go.
 
maybe someone should pressure TStan to release the details of the Pastner contract extension to make sure he didn't sell us down the river on that one too!
 
I guess Gibbs got tired of the song and dance routine. Mason too? Does Dontae still have eligibility? Griffin, where are you?
 
I don't think this changes anything regarding Collins being retained unless a tsunami of departures follows, which I don't really expect. At the end of the day, these are all individual decisions for individual reasons. There aren't really other guys on our team who are Heisman trophy-caliber and can just name their destination.

It does make it harder for Collins to secure the 6 wins he probably needs to keep his job next year.

In fairness, Gibbs was the primary focus of the defense whenever he was in the game. No one respected our passing threat.
