when I told my wife GT‘s best player was transferring she misheard me and said, “He’s transgender?!” I laughed. So this event at least brought some small amount of joy to my home.

I dont think firing Collins would have stopped Gibbs

He wasn’t staying if we fired Collins. He’s leaving to play where someone is going to open the checkbook for him. In addition he’ll play in front of larger crowd and ensure he’s playing on a winning team. Go to Bama and enjoy the Heisman talk I guess. I really don’t know how to fix our issues without paying these kids a lot of cash. It’s a catch 22. Fans want a successful program before coming back, but kids want a great atmosphere and winning program before they commit. Let’s pay these kids like few other places. Redirect the buyout cash to big time recruits. How else can we fix our issues?

The #1 thing that GT FB could do to improve is have the Fanbase get smarter & understand CFB in 2021, but alas , it doesn't seem like that is possible.
