Haven't noticed but the first play, but has Vad pitched to the outside yet? Or has it been up the middle and pass plays?
 
I'd like to see Vad take a hit from a 300lb DLmen. Be under pressure cause of the OL screwed up. Take a big sack. Throw a pick. Fumble the ball. Then see how he plays after all of that.

Really hard for us to run those plays, because our WR's are not blocking....

He has done the speed pitch, but not the option pitch.

Thats what we want. Someone with enough athleticism to make something special happen even when its not there. Tevin is a game manager. He can't do special things, just average things. This what we want. Someone who at least *has* the ability to do special athletic feats.

He's a great player and throws a beautiful ball. Not ready to say he can start last week against VT.

Is he going to make mistakes? Yes, everyone does, but I would rather have his arm and playmaking ability in the game.
 
I know PC is a bad team, but the defense has really eaten their lunch tonight.
 
Wonder if CPJ will give Vad a couple series next week to see how he does against better competition.

Agreed...

I am just pointing out he looks more like a natural division one QB.

I really like Tevin. He is a tough kid and a good kid. I just think that it is time to take our lumps with Vad, a more natural division 1 QB IMO. He will struggle also, when the team doesn't block, but maybe he can do some special things to make some plays.

That's what we all liked about Joshua Effin Nesbitt. Sometime in the future we can start using the name of Vad Effin Lee
