As I recall in 09, Bay Bay (rip) dropped a catch right at the first down marker on 4th down at the end of the game. We were moving pretty well up to that point.

He obviously had good wins, but 2009 along with gailey in 2006 are the worst Georgia losses since I've been a fan (2000), because those are the only 2 where we arguably had more talent on the field than they did

The 3O was very successful at Tech. You can’t handle that truth. You hated the successes so much you are forced to try and forget them to delegitimize them. You’re an idiot if you can’t discern the difference between pointing out the obvious successes of a certain scheme and coach and supposedly calling for the return of either. I’ve clearly asserted my opposition to that multiple times. You can’t argue that you can only lie in a weak attempt to.
CPJ and the 3O attained highs not seen at Tech since Ross. Deal with it.

I agree with you. But when people blame Johnson for those not so great years after the OB, I point to what the man was given to work with, a budget that was second to last in the ACC. No one seems to acknowledge what an impact this was.

The fact is that CPJ overachieved with the resources he had. But because some people don't like him or the offense, instead of giving him more resources, they wanted him gone. I'm not suggesting resources on par with Clemson, but certainly more than Duke who people like to point out started beating us more frequently.

We had a HOF coach and it would have been nice to give him the tools he needed to achieve instead of running him off.
 
I remember him saying "punch them in the face", something that really resonates right now.
