All I ask is that everyone give the new staff a chance. Tom Hermans first year at Tx sucked. Tom Hermans 2nd year at Tx sucked.
But his third year was
This will not be an easy transition.
You know, it’s easy to be pessimistic and cynical. But really, what difference is that gonna make? If you’re a GT guy, you aren’t changing teams. And you aren’t getting a new coaching staff. Most of them just spent the past two seasons going 15-11 in a G5 conference.
Local guy and national reporter touts CGC. Tech fan chimes in that he's skeptical.

You really think they will rank us in the top 15 in recruiting? Above the 12 SEC schools, the 4 from the BIG, Texas, Oklahoma, USC, FSU, Clemson, ND, and the U?

This coach says he will recruit relentlessly. He says GT has nothing but positives to recruit with.
It’s a lot more fun to be optimistic. Choose to believe him.
+100000000000000000000The people doing this stuff think the whole world sees them as inpassionate and rational instead of a chicken öööö loser who's afraid to try.
All aboard the hype train!
I have a good feeling there will be some really fun years ahead.
Disagree, there is a subset of the fanbase that are miserable fucks and shit on everything that happens to GT regardless of coach. There were people sitting around me during the Gailey years that would shit on our players for the entire length of every home game, regardless of how we were actually doing on the field. It’s only the Johnsonians that are pessimistic. Same thing happened with the Gailey fans when he was canned.

I agree. It might be an engineer thing, a lot of engineers I know act like this. Even those that didn't go to Tech.
