That’s about what I was thinking.
If he raised your hopes, that is all - ALL - on you. He never raised my hopes even a little bit, even once. He lowered my hopes the day he was hired. And they just kept going down.
I'll take Gibson over Sims. He may not be very good but at least he wants to be here and has heart. Two qualities Sims is lacking. We need a poll:
100% Gibson = x% Sims
Solve for x.
A guy with no speed, no arm and holds the ball too longI'll take Gibson over Sims. He may not be very good but at least he wants to be here and has heart. Two qualities Sims is lacking.
I don't think his arm strength is that bad. He is really bad about holding the ball too long though.A guy with no speed, no arm and holds the ball too long
Vs
A guy who doesn’t want to play
That’s the state of our program all right
Ummmm, I recommend forgetting about that guy. Best for all concerned. But I'd like to see them bring in the Clemson transfer and make him a running QB who throws the occasional short pass or even jump pass in short yardage plays.
You’ll probably see Nate or Kaleb Edwards take qb snaps before some of those guys.We go with Gibson. If help us needed, we have the Clemson transfer. After that we have a couple of walkons to use. For the UNC game I would simplify what we do to run straight at them with as many blockers as we can get at the point of attack. Mix in a few play action passes. Play good defense and hope for the best.
I was thinking Kaleb would be the best option for us.You’ll probably see Nate or Kaleb Edwards take qb snaps before some of those guys.
I am going to ööööing kill myself tonight.
Different era of college football. $$$ has killed a once great amateur sport.Agreed that we need just need a normal coach who can take us from dumpster fire status to mediocre. Then we can get to average then above average. It’s called hard work and building a program of hard work. What we’ve seen the last 4 years is the opposite of that so it’s no surprise that his so called star recruits have built a program now known as soft and easy wins. UGA will use our game as a spring practice to see which of Beck, Vandagrif, and Stockton shows out. It’s just sad that they have 4 QB’s we would drool over and we’ll be starting Gibson.
I would say that has already happened. He is never mentioned and if a reporter asks Key about him it’s like asking your spouse a question that they don’t want to discuss.Ummmm, I recommend forgetting about that guy. Best for all concerned.
