Jackets upend duh-U! Post game celebrate here!

Morning-after assessment: it doesn't get much better than that. Top 5 win on homecoming to become bowl eligible. We have officially moved past the clown era.

We moved out of the Clown era several games back. Key was quick to make changes on special teams and DB coaches, and now we're in "aiming for ACC title" era I think. Just need to stay healthy next season.

But that's next season. Right now I want to win 3 more including a bowl against UF.

Next season I think acc title (or at least cg berth) is the goal, especially given the schedule.

I mainly meant we the fans have moved on after yesterday's game. It's easy to say it happened a while ago, but there was a very realistic chance that we would lose four of our last five games and maybe even miss a bowl game. Had that happened I think you would've seen a lot of people making that connection with Key being a member of the former admin.

Fortunately that's over and done with now. And I agree the team moved on a long time ago -- you could easily see the change during the interim season. A real credit to Coach Key.

Clutch plays:

The 3rd and 18 conversion on a pass from true freshmen HS teammates Philo and Stockton. The future is bright.

4th down stop when Mario should have kicked the FG. Stupid move. He needed points.

Stop on Miami’s 2 point conversion attempt. IF they had converted, and IF they had kicked the FG, they’d have been able to force OT.

The strip-sack fumble recovery was a thing of beauty.

How many times over the years have we been beaten by scrambling QBs getting outside our containment? Yesterday the D stayed home and go to Ward enough to limit his effectiveness.

The more I watch, the more amazed I am that a Heisman frontrunner couldn't find anyone open for like 12 seconds on multiple plays.

A real credit to the secondary.

Never sending the same number of players after Cam 2 plays in a row seems to have messed his rhythm up too. We kept the Miami offense guessing, not the other way around.

i showed my son the highlights this morning (soccer games yesterday), lol at his jaw hanging open at jamal's cutback on opening drive td. soooo then then i showed him JT5's move in the Orange Bowl v MissSt and he's like "that was the quarterback?" hahaha. yeah son

The defense was incredible yesterday. When we didn’t go for it on the 4th down and punted the ball right before Miami’s last drive I said he trusts his defense. And he was right.

Justin Thomas was my immediate thought after that play as well. Great to see.

ICYMI - The second biggest Atlanta over Miami win yesterday came in MLS, where Atlanta United knocked out Messi's Inter Miami in the first round of the MLS playoffs.

I had to go back and relish the win rewatching my DVR recording. I hope Coach Key sends in the tape to the league office expressing his disappointment with the non-review of the launched hit on Jamal Haynes. ESPN didn't give a good replay but I rewatched in slow motion and #7 for Miami should have been DQ'ed for the second half and a targeting flag. It kept our best RB on the bench the entirety of the game.

No replay whatsoever it was BS.. what the öööö are the ACC officials doing

They were trying everything they could to propel Miami to 10-0. Same thing the SEC does.

Or maybe they're all just ööööing incompetents.

Almost certainly the latter. If they really wanted to rig it or even just tip the scales a bit for Miami they would've called more than three penalties for 29 yards.

A couple well placed holding calls would have changed the game, and it's easy to do that if you really want to since there's some degree of holding on every play.
