Because he calls in first and sits there on hold. I haven't been to a show in person in quite a while but I went to a few where they went half the show without having a caller waiting on hold. I would imagine that still happens and that's why Andy Demetra will get CPJ off on a certain subject...to fill the airspace with something entertaining and interesting.

That's pretty damsad that you have a call in show and when someone calls in and doesn't blow warm moist air up your butt you give them a hard time and then you wonder why no one else wants to call in.

I ask the man before or after the show in person. You should try it instead of hiding behind a phone.
 
I have spoken directly to CPJ on several occasions at The Lunch Bunch, Fan Day, Preseason kickoff meetings, Signing days and other Tech functions where I have had the opportunity to ask questions and converse with him.
Again, you do not know what you are speaking about and are clueless with regard to me!!

You know, I finally got a chance to listen to the radio show, and I thought your question was perfectly polite. Maybe a little rude to describe our back-ups as not having ACC talent. But your tone was reasonable, there was no ranting or raving, and it was a fair question, particularly since CPJ himself has been ragging the O-line for deliberately avoiding tough blocks during the Clemson game.
 
I don't call because I'm not one of those guys whose lives are so pathetic that I have to call and berate a coach for every puny little thing that I think is wrong.

I don’t call because....my life isn’t so pathetic that I’m listening to talk radio at 8pm on Monday night? Listen to the online stream of it between Tuesday-Thursday during my drive to and from work.

I called into the Bill Curry show once. I was so nervous I almost forgot my question.

He was pretty cool about it and kind of helped me out by guessing what I was asking about. That guy made me nervous as hell.

Bobby Ross - I could talk to him about anything (I was a regular at Breakfast with Bobby) but Curry gave me the jitters.

Why he gave me the jitters? He gave everybody the jitters. I was buddies with a few guys on the team (Ken Parker, Glenn Spencer) and heard the same thing from them - Curry was a serious guy.
