Kiffin and Ole Miss sued over mental health issues

Our litigious culture is so infuriating. You can't even have a bake sale at a school anymore because the school is scared of being sued. Kiffin is probably going to go through sensitivity training or something now.

What in the hell are you talking about? Those two things have absolutely nothing similar to each other.

And as far as liability issues, we are a litigious society now. Started making the turn when attorneys were allowed to start advertising on TV. One Call, that's all. The Strongarm of the Law. Morgan and Morgan, For the People.
