Well we wanted some quick action. My question is does he change the whole scheme? I think we're better off with a base 4-3 defense but can we employ it this fast in the middle of the season!? We've got to make it simpler for our secondary and give the 1st and 2nd level help by routinely putting 7 in the box.

We’ll see how Sherrer does. He’s only been a FT DC 1 time in his coaching career in 2013 at South Alabama. #2 in the Sun Belt in total D allowing 25.2 ppg.

Hopefully this is just an interim position and GT can back a brinks truck up to a name DC. Here’s a name to consider.

Bullshit. We don't have the absolute worst 2-star & 3-star recruits in college football, nor have we at any real point in the past 40+ years.

Yet we absolutely have the worst tackling players in all of college football, year in & year out. PJ, clown, Key - coach names change, öööö-tackling doesn't.
