Official Gameday Thread: Da I vs. Da U

I mentioned this in another thread, but our defense excels at taking advantage of the other team's mistakes. If the other team doesn't make mistakes, we have a tough time. So far Miami hasn't been making many mistakes.

D looks outmanned, out prepared, and poorly coached. We are taking terrible angles, giving 10 yards cushions in the secondary, missing tackles by trying to strip the ball instead of tackling. This is awful defensive football.

It is the same aggressive defense we've seen during our wins. Miami is just too big and athletic for us. Someone else said it best, "we lost this game on signing day".

Is this an "emergency" Jeff Sims would consider playing in?

If you start Pyron you ride with him. Same with if you start Sims. Neither of these guys is going to be turning in a Gibson-like performance where they're completely overwhelmed and shouldn't be out there.

Zach’s mobility is underrated.

where is Dontae?

I just turned on the TV and watched a couple of series. First thing I noticed was that our guys appear small and slow.

Completed locked in on Nate. Cmon Zach

We just aren’t good. Mediocre players, poor effort, and poor play calling.

And Shanahan needs to be sent back across the pond.
