We've been trying to plug and play OL transfers for years now and hasn't been too good of results. I hope we can recruit kids CBK and Jeap thinks we can develop and our Oline toward the end of seasons looked improved some maybe can continue to gel and build.

I like the approach to building the roster here. No doubt we are taking some projects on the recruit side to develop, but the transfers are experienced, productive players rather than the high school stars who never produced at a bigger school.

Can do both. Doing it the old school way will take ~3 years here.

Its not that he doesn’t like them. Its that he wont sacrifice the old school build the line for immediate transfers. You are going to see more OL under scholarship than recent memory
